Either measure the internal diameter of a bangle which you wear and is comfortable or, alternatively, tuck your thumb into your palm and wrap a measuring tape around your knuckles. This will give you the circumference measurement you need to size your wrist.

I am very much looking forward to welcoming you to a spinning ring workshop at Amy's wonderful home just outside Downham Market. During this workshop you will learn how to texture a piece of silver using a choice of hammers and copper to practise. You will then texture your base ring and we will solder it and finish it with a variety of files and emery paper so that it has a nice neat joint. We will then switch to slimmer wire to make your satellite rings - you can texture these or you can leave them smooth.
You will then solder your satellite rings and give them a file. All your rings will be polished and then you will be able to flare them to make the spinners remain on the base ring. I will provide packaging for you to parcel up your ring if you want it to be a gift for a special someone. All tools are provided for you, along with help for you to make as beautiful and perfect a spinning ring as possible.
Coffee, tea and a sweet treat will be provided, as cake always helps me make better jewellery!
