Carrie's Story

Carrie was married at King’s Lynn Minster ten years ago, so when she heard about the jewellery I had made using fragments of broken glass from the church, it felt like the perfect way to celebrate her anniversary.

Earlier this year, one of the Minster’s stained-glass windows was sadly vandalised, leaving behind small shards of coloured glass. Rather than let them be lost, I carefully saved a few pieces and gave them a new life in jewellery.

Carrie’s piece now holds both the joy of her wedding day and the story of the Minster itself. It’s a reminder of a place filled with meaning, love, and light — a beautiful way to mark ten happy years together.
