How to size your wrist

Either measure the internal diameter of a bangle which you wear and is comfortable or, alternatively, tuck your thumb into your palm and wrap a measuring tape around your knuckles. This will give you the circumference measurement you need to size your wrist.

Necklace size guide

16" (Choker length)

Let's start with the choker length necklace - it's like a whisper of elegance around your neck, adding a touch of sophistication without being too flashy. All my necklaces are available in this length.

18" (Princess length)

Gracefully drapes just below the collarbone, offering a timeless and refined look that's suitable for any occasion. All my necklaces are available in this length.

20" (Matinee length)

The matinee length typically falls just above the bustline and is often used for more formal occasions or when you want to make a statement with your necklace. It's great for pairing with higher necklines. All my necklaces are available in this length.

30" (Opera length)

Long, luxurious, and oh-so glamorous. It makes a statement without saying a word, ideal for dark tops or dresses. Take a look at my Holkham Acorn necklace or my Star Anise necklace for this length.

A Delicate Touch of Gold & Silver. Elegant and timeless, these Keum Boo Cup of Gold Earrings blend fine silver and 24k gold in a beautifully simple yet striking design. Their unique curved shape and warm golden interior make them a favourite for everyday wear, bringing a subtle touch of elegance to any outfit.

The Story Behind the Jewellery

These earrings have been a personal favourite of mine since the moment I made them—I’ve been wearing them ever since! I wanted to create something minimal yet eye-catching, a piece that feels effortless but full of craftsmanship.

Each tiny cup is hand-cut and carefully shaped using a doming block, creating a soft, curved form that reflects the light beautifully. The Keum Boo technique is then used to apply 24k gold leaf onto the surface of the fine silver. This ancient Korean gilding technique involves reticulating sterling silver—heating and cooling it multiple times until fine silver rises to the surface—before fusing the gold leaf in place with an agate burnisher. The result is a delicate contrast between silver and gold, making these earrings a truly timeless design.

Meaning & Gifting

A perfect gift for lovers of minimalist yet meaningful jewellery, these earrings symbolise balance, elegance, and simplicity. Whether worn alone or paired with the matching Keum Boo Cup of Gold Necklace, they are a versatile and timeless addition to any jewellery collection.
