How to size your wrist

Either measure the internal diameter of a bangle which you wear and is comfortable or, alternatively, tuck your thumb into your palm and wrap a measuring tape around your knuckles. This will give you the circumference measurement you need to size your wrist.

Necklace size guide

16" (Choker length)

Let's start with the choker length necklace - it's like a whisper of elegance around your neck, adding a touch of sophistication without being too flashy. All my necklaces are available in this length.

18" (Princess length)

Gracefully drapes just below the collarbone, offering a timeless and refined look that's suitable for any occasion. All my necklaces are available in this length.

20" (Matinee length)

The matinee length typically falls just above the bustline and is often used for more formal occasions or when you want to make a statement with your necklace. It's great for pairing with higher necklines. All my necklaces are available in this length.

30" (Opera length)

Long, luxurious, and oh-so glamorous. It makes a statement without saying a word, ideal for dark tops or dresses. Take a look at my Holkham Acorn necklace or my Star Anise necklace for this length.

Story Behind the Jewellery

This necklace began life as a vintage button, I chose it for its pattern of arcs and lines. There is something deeply satisfying about its rhythm — curves meeting grooves in a design that feels both decorative and architectural.

The pattern carries quiet echoes of the Art Deco period, when symmetry and movement shaped the way objects were designed. Yet at its heart, this was once an everyday fastening, held between fingers and stitched carefully into place.

I cast it in solid sterling silver and so the original button’s tiny central holes and textured markings remain. Its history has been preserved, but its purpose has changed — now made to be worn, noticed, and enjoyed.

Meaning & Gifting

The Arc and Line Button Necklace symbolises balance, intention, and the beauty found in structure. It makes a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates design details, subtle statement pieces, or jewellery with a story woven into its surface.

A piece that feels grounded yet elegant — quietly confident rather than loud.
